We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced remote account manager to join our team. As an virtual account manager, you will be the primary point of contact for a portfolio of small business clients, providing exceptional service and building strong relationships. Manage a portfolio of small business clients, acting as their trusted advisor for financial matters. Oversee all aspects of client bookkeeping, including accounts payable/receivable, bank reconciliations, and general ledger maintenance. Prepare and analyze financial reports, providing insights and recommendations to clients. Ensure compliance with all relevant tax regulations and deadlines. Proactively identify opportunities to improve client financial processes and efficiency. Build and maintain strong client relationships, providing exceptional customer service. Collaborate with internal teams to deliver seamless and integrated services. Utilize accounting software (e.g., QuickBooks Online, Xero) and other relevant tools. Qualifications

Proven experience as an Account Manager or in a similar role within the accounting/bookkeeping field. Strong understanding of accounting principles and practices (GAAP). Proficiency in accounting software (QuickBooks Online, Xero, or similar). Excellent communication, interpersonal, and accounting client management skills. Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities effectively in a remote environment. Detail-oriented, organized, and highly accurate. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. Experience working with small businesses is a plus. Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field preferred. Skills
