Overview
The Account Coordinator is responsible for providing day-to-day administrative support to Account Managers, assisting with internal tasks and communications to ensure client satisfaction and consistent account growth.
Responsibilities
Maintain knowledge of all accounts handled by the Account Management Team
Assist in training of new employees
Frequent interaction with Account Managers and other internal departments, with prompt follow up on internal requests
Identify needs and growth opportunities within accounts and collaborate with Account Managers to create account strategies and bundled solutions
Assist in developing client presentations, proposals and reports
Assist in forecasting and tracking key account metrics to develop client retention campaigns; learn and recognize triggers based on report data and industry research
Coordinate meetings and schedule calls for Account Managers as requested
Assist with all client issues and provide internal escalation, as needed
Maintain a professional appearance and demeanor
Work onsite at Path-Tec, LLC, Midland, GA between hours of 8:00 am – 6:30 pm Monday through Friday; shifts may vary within these operational hours

Skills & Qualifications ABILITIES REQUIRED:
Competent in most Microsoft Applications (i.e. Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
Advanced problem resolution skills with ability to convey solutions effectively
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Manage multiple tasks, while maintaining organization and timely completion of projects
Detail oriented with low error levels, while working under pressure to maintain client confidence and to preserve Path-Tec’s exemplary reputation
QUALIFICATIONS:
Bachelor’s degree preferred (particularly in related field) or equivalent work experience
All prospective employees must pass a background and drug check
