We are seeking a Customer Service Representative/Inside Sales Associate to join our team and provide exceptional customer service and sales support to our clients. Responsibilities:
Answer incoming calls and respond to customer inquiries in a timely and professional manner Provide customers with information about our services, pricing, and promotions Schedule appointments for service and installation requests Process orders and track inventory using our computer system Generate new leads and follow up on existing leads to increase sales Assist with administrative tasks as needed, such as filing and data entry Participate in training sessions and ongoing education to stay current with our products and services At DorMar Heating & Air Conditioning, we value our employees and are committed to providing a supportive and rewarding work environment. High school diploma or equivalent required; some college coursework preferred 2+ years of experience in customer service and/or sales, preferably in the HVAC industry Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written Strong computer skills and experience with Microsoft Office Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation Willingness to work evenings and weekends as needed SALARY
