Part Sales Manager – Full Time at ALLDATA. AutoZone’s Store Management team drives store performance, fosters a productive team, and ensures exceptional customer service. Managers and MITs lead by example and deliver WOW! Customer Service while executing store operations with excellence. Under the Store Manager’s guidance, MITs support the mission of providing trusted automotive solutions. Responsibilities
Leadership – Assist the Store Manager in supervising, training, and developing high-performing employees, fostering a motivated and engaged team. Communication – Maintain clear, effective interactions with both customers and employees, ensuring smooth store operations and positive experiences. Metrics – Monitor sales goals, inventory accuracy, and performance standards to drive business success. Process Orientation – Follow structured store procedures, manage inventory, oversee cash handling, control shrink, and ensure operational efficiency. Teamwork – Collaborate with store staff and commercial department leaders to maintain seamless operations and customer service excellence. Parts Sales & Inventory – Lead efforts to exceed sales targets, optimize inventory levels, ensure timely returns processing and merchandising. Safety & Compliance – Enforce PPE use, promote risk management practices, and uphold safety standards. Commercial Account Support – Assist in managing commercial and hub departments to support timely deliveries and customer needs. Problem Solving – Resolve customer concerns and store operational issues swiftly, upholding company policies. Qualifications
Leadership: Demonstrates integrity, decision-making skills, and strong leadership abilities. Flexible Schedule: Full-time availability, including mornings, nights, weekends, and overtime as needed. You’ll Go The Extra Mile If You Have
