Base pay range $21.00/yr - $25.00/yr

Responsibilities

Spend the first 1-2 months in the plant acquiring requisite product knowledge and skills to transition to an Inside Sales Representative position.

Transition to the Inside Sales/Customer Service role and become familiar with customers, products, pricing, and our high-quality Customer Service strategy.

Proficiently apply industrial and hydraulic hose knowledge to customer applications.

Maintain continual learning as the position requires constant updates of product knowledge.

Work in coordination with Outside Sales to service specific customers, assist with special projects and telemarketing.

Provide 100% attention to delivering exceptional customer service to each customer daily.

Performs other duties as assigned.

Education Minimum H.S. diploma; ideal 1-2 years of community college, technical school, 4-year university, or military service.

Experience 2 years of Inside Sales / Customer Service

Excellent oral and written skills; comfortable communicating with all levels of personnel from the shop floor to senior management.

Comfortable working on computers with working knowledge of Microsoft Word, Excel and PowerPoint.

Ability to prioritize and plan work activities, use time efficiently, and develop realistic action plans.

Adapts to changes in the work environment; manages competing demands and handles frequent changes, delays, or unexpected events.

Dependability: consistently at work and on time; follows instructions; responds to management direction; solicits feedback to improve performance.

Safety and security: actively promotes and observes safety and security procedures and uses equipment and materials properly.
