The Lead, Services Account Manager, has the responsibility to lead the sales activities of the organization for a specific geographical area (US and Canada). Define & implement sales strategies to identify potential customers, managing existing customer relationships to deliver budgeted sales and margin target in leading a high-performing team..
Your Mission
Lead the implementation and execution of service sales strategies for the assigned scope and the Americas region. Ensure budgeted sales and margin targets are met by developing strategic and tactical sales plans based on market potential. Lead a high-performing team, fostering professional development and building expertise in service account management. Manage the sales forecast process, ensuring accuracy and predictability. Build and maintain relationships with key customers, ensuring high standards of service delivery. Play a key role in shaping customer experience and satisfaction, positioning Sidel as a trusted partner in the packaging industry. Collaborate with other departments (Sales, Technical, HR, TA) to support business objectives. Monitor performance metrics and report to senior management. Your Profile
Degree in Engineering, Sales, Business, MBA or related field Experience in account management (B2B) Sales, Minimum 10 years of experience in sales and territory/business area management, particularly in the packaging solutions. Strong communication, negotiation, and problem-solving skills. Strong in Business Development, coaching and training and key account management. Results-driven, proactive, and self-motivated. Analytical mindset with the ability to understand customer needs and market trends. Fluent in English; French, Spanish or Portuguese would be an asset. Willingness to travel within US and occasionally across the Americas region (minimum 30% of the time/ up to 60%).
