We’re looking for pop culture fanatics to help create the best experience for our customers. As a BoxLunch Seasonal Key Holder, you’ll support the store leadership team, train new recruits, and meet sales targets.
Responsibilities
Provide an amazing shopping experience that encourages customers to return.
Step in and help run the store when the Manager is away.
Understand the store sales plan and help drive sales by increasing key KPIs: UPT and ADT.
Cover the sales floor zone and ensure visual standards are met; assist with opening and closing the store.
Work the register; process sales transactions, drive add‑on sales, and close out the register.
Assist with planogram changes, store maps, walls, fixtures, and merchandising mix.
Communicate fashion and music trend information to management and HQ partners.
Ensure there is no misuse of “spells” or theft around the store.
Maintain the stock room and keep the store tidy.
Train and coach new Sales Associates to help them acclimate quickly.
Perform any other activities as assigned by the Store Leader.
Qualifications
Previous retail experience, preferably in a pop‑culture environment.
At least 18 years of age.
High school diploma or GED equivalent.
Strong collaboration, communication, and leadership skills.
Physical ability to stand, walk, reach, and lift up to 50 pounds.
Compensation $17.00–$19.55 an hour. Pay is based on education, location, meeting the minimum job requirements, training, and experience.
