This position is based in our
Northern Delaware market , with flexibility to support multiple showroom locations as needed in the Newark and Wilmington area. You’ll have the opportunity to make an impact across a dynamic and growing region. What You’ll Do
Lead, coach, and inspire a high-performing sales team to consistently meet and exceed goals
Recruit and develop top sales talent, fostering a culture of accountability and teamwork
Build meaningful, long-lasting customer relationships by understanding their needs and delivering tailored solutions
Provide clear performance insights through daily, weekly, and monthly reporting
Collaborate with vendors to implement training programs that keep your team ahead of the curve
Resolve customer concerns with professionalism and care
Stay sharp by attending workshops, networking with industry peers, and expanding your expertise
Contribute to company success through other duties as needed
Who We’re Looking For
Proven leadership experience in sales management (retail furniture or related industry preferred)
Strong communication and coaching skills, with the ability to inspire and hold teams accountable
Goal-driven mindset with a track record of meeting or exceeding targets
Customer-focused approach and a passion for delivering outstanding service
Positive, self-motivated, and adaptable in a fast-paced environment

Requirements Qualifications
High School Diploma or equivalent
required ; Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or related field
preferred
Previous experience as a sales representative or sales manager with a strong track record of meeting or exceeding sales goals
Commitment to continuous learning through workshops, seminars, or professional development opportunities
Strong communication and presentation skills, with the ability to influence effectively at all levels of the organization
Proven ability to manage the full sales process from planning to closing deals
Solid business acumen and industry knowledge
Demonstrated leadership skills with experience mentoring, coaching, and managing teams Physical & Other Requirements
Ability to occasionally lift and move up to 50 lbs., frequently lift or move up to 25 lbs., and consistently handle up to 10 lbs.
Role involves periods of standing, walking, bending, and reaching, as typically required in a retail showroom environment
