Job Overview Under the direction of the Regional Sales Manager, the Inside Sales Support will provide critical levels of support to the Sales department. This is a Monday - Friday, first shift position. Pay: $22.00 - $26.00/hr. (based on experience, skill set, etc.) Incentive/Bonus Program: No Shift: 8:00 a.m. - 5:00 p.m. (Monday - Friday). Working Arrangement: On-site (100%) Interview process: 2 interviews at the most # of openings: 1 Time Frame to Fill: As soon as we find the right candidate for the job, and someone who fits in with our Indianapolis team. Essential Duties and Responsibilities Maintain and manage accurate documentation Handle all pre-delivery paperwork Conduct daily inventory checks and take necessary follow-up actions Manage inventory, including tracking of in-transit movement Provide support in the delivery of equipment Promote other businesses of the organization: new and used trucks, parts, service, body shop, finance, insurance, rentals, and leasing Other duties as assigned Minimum Qualifications Requires a 2 year Associate Degree in a Business or Sales related field, or a high school diploma and 3+ years of direct truck or heavy-duty equipment inside or outside sales experience Excellent customer service and good communication skills essential Attention to detail, strong organizational, multi-tasking and data entry skills a must Intermediate computer skills in Microsoft and Google applications preferred Dependable and reliable attendance required Professional appearance and demeanor that instills a positive, helpful first impression in our customers Valid driver’s license required; CDL preferred JX Enterprises, Inc. is an equal opportunity employer.
