Job Summary:

Account Manager (Southern CA) The Account Manager is responsible for achieving sales goals by acquiring new customers and expanding business within existing accounts. This includes promoting product portfolios and services to enhance clients' practices and organizations. The role involves working closely with clients and partners to drive product growth and support educational initiatives through training and co-hosted programs. Locations : Southern CA border to Bakersfield Compensation

Base pay range: $150,000.00/yr - $165,000.00/yr Key Responsibilities

Meet or exceed monthly, quarterly, and annual sales goals in the assigned territory. Conduct sales and service calls to various markets such as Retail, Dental Labs, Government, and Academic Institutions. Participate in industry events, including trade shows, dental society meetings, and conferences. Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, including office managers, dentists, and key decision-makers. Collaborate with team members and distribution partners to identify and pursue new opportunities. Provide technical product demonstrations and deliver educational content through webinars and live sessions. Track sales progress and maintain detailed records using CRM tools and territory management platforms. Prepare regular sales reports and forecasts to align with goals. Cross-promote the full range of products and services to existing customers. Manage budgets, ensure timely expense report submission, and keep travel schedules organized. Stay informed on industry trends and product developments. Up to 40% travel. Qualifications

3+ years of field sales experience, or completion of a relevant sales program. At least 1 year of experience in the dental industry (preferably with dental implants, offices, or labs). Proven track record of consistently meeting or exceeding sales quotas. Strong communication skills and ability to present technical information to clients. Good organizational, time-management, and problem-solving skills. Ability to thrive in a results-driven environment. Familiarity with business applications like Microsoft Office and Google G-Suite. Valid driver’s license and travel insurance required. Seniority level
