Automotive Sales Associate
We’re looking for a motivated, people-driven individual to join our growing Sales Team at
Oakes Auto Group!

Base + commission (earning potential varies by performance) Location:

What You’ll Do
Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with customers
Engage in consultative selling — listening to customer needs and recommending the best vehicle solutions
Become an expert in our new and pre-owned inventory, including trim levels, features, technology, and financing options
Provide high-quality, professional product demonstrations and test drives
Follow up with customers to ensure satisfaction and encourage repeat and referral business
Work closely with management to track goals and performance
Maintain a professional appearance and positive, team-oriented attitude every day
What We’re Looking For
Outgoing personality with excellent communication skills
Competitive, self-motivated mindset and eagerness to learn
Strong work ethic and commitment to customer satisfaction
Ability to work flexible hours, including some evenings and weekends
Valid driver’s license and clean driving record
