The Regional Sales Manager role is ideal for experienced professionals passionate about driving growth in food processing and manufacturing. This position focuses on expanding market presence and customer relationships by promoting high-performance processing and packaging systems. You’ll lead strategic sales initiatives, deliver technical product guidance, and collaborate with engineering and applications teams to provide tailored solutions to customers. Frequent travel to customer sites for demonstrations, audits, and ongoing support is expected.
Key Responsibilities
Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve revenue and market share growth for long-term customer relationships.
Provide technical expertise and product demonstrations to customers, helping them understand the complex processing and packaging solutions in a consultative manner.
Conduct on-site visits, system walk-throughs, and customer meetings to drive solution-based selling and support capital equipment projects.
Qualifications
Strong mechanical or technical aptitude with the ability to communicate capital equipment value propositions clearly.
Proven experience in capital equipment or industrial sales, ideally within food or beverage manufacturing.
Willingness to travel regularly to customer sites, trade shows, and industry events.
