Job Title: Lead Generation Specialist - Custom Organization Products at Closet Factory
Company Overview: Closet Factory is the nation’s leading custom storage authority. We design, build, and install custom organization products for spaces like closets, pantries, garages, and laundry rooms in Oregon.
Position: Lead Generation Specialist
Location: We work within 13 Costco warehouse stores in our area
Job Type: Full-time, Part-time, Hourly + Bonus
Responsibilities
Lead Generation: Proactively approach and engage with shoppers in warehouse stores to generate interest in our custom organization products.
Sales Skills: Qualify potential leads and gather information for design and sales teams.
Team Leadership: Lead by example and inspire a team of lead generation workers in multiple locations.
Training and Development: Provide training to new team members and share best practices.
Quality Assurance: Maintain high standards for lead quality to support conversion.
Reporting: Maintain records of leads and provide performance reports.
Qualifications
Experience in lead generation, with a focus on in-person interactions.
Strong sales and communication skills to convey value of products.
Leadership or supervisory experience, with ability to motivate and mentor a team.
Interpersonal skills, friendly demeanor, ability to connect with customers.
Ability to work independently and collaboratively, taking initiative.
Flexible schedule, willingness to work weekends and evenings as needed.
Paid training available, must have car for minimal travel.
