Sanmina has facilities worldwide. Job Purpose: The Account Manager will manage customers for the Cables North America Division with production services in Monterrey and USA. They will support day-to-day operations and commercial activities for Mexico services, working alongside Business Development Managers to bring in new business. Key Responsibilities: Manage a key Customer Strategic Account, building relationships with customer service, supplier organizations, product teams, and internal teams. Serve as the local commercial contact, escalation point, and ensure alignment with global account strategies and goals. Drive revenue growth by analyzing customer needs and developing account plans. Understand customer strategies and product plans to develop new business opportunities. Own and drive completion of RFQs and proposals, coordinating resources and negotiating terms. Develop proposals and solutions aligned with customer strategies to win business. Coordinate with account and plant teams to optimize relationships and sales strategies. Partner with operations and program management to address initiatives and act as an escalation point. Negotiate pricing to meet profitability targets. Ensure contract compliance and address evolving business needs. Build strong customer relationships through regular meetings and trust-building activities. Qualifications: 8+ years of sales experience in manufacturing, connectors, or electro-mechanical industries. Proven success in commercial roles with key customer relationships, preferably in defense, automotive, or medical sectors. Motivated, entrepreneurial, with strong work ethics and integrity. Experience managing and growing existing customers. Deep understanding of cables business, costing, and pricing; ability to read BOMs and Cost Models. Innovative mindset to meet customer needs. Experience managing business agreements and contracts. Strong organizational and project management skills, capable of managing multiple initiatives. Experience with Quarterly Business Reviews, site visits, and remote team collaboration. Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills. Willingness to travel overnight within USA and Mexico. Note:
