Strategic Account Manager
in Milwaukee.
Compensation : $114,000 OTE (on target earnings) for candidates with 2‑3 years of experience ($77,000 base salary, $37,000 sales bonus uncapped and equity in the form of RSUs).
In This Role You Will
Understand customer demand and effectively sell cutting‑edge additive manufacturing technology using a solution‑oriented approach.
Proactively expand Formlabs product adoption at strategic accounts.
Ensure an amazing customer experience while assessing up‑sell and cross‑sell potential to increase product usage and satisfaction.
Execute proven sales plays to show value to the customer and expand overall usage and adoption.
Collaborate with key decision makers to identify opportunities and develop ideas that deliver sales results.
Represent Formlabs at trade shows and onsite customer events.
Become a knowledgeable champion of Formlabs technology through hands‑on training and experience with our products.
About You
Bachelor’s degree or equivalent in a STEM‑related field.
2‑3 years full‑time work experience.
Naturally curious and passionate about a wide variety of topics, especially technology.
A relationship builder who is customer focused and results‑oriented.
Able to work independently but enjoy and thrive in a team environment.
Able to effectively communicate with customers via phone, video & email.
Have the ability to handle rejection, learn, and adapt.
