Closest to the Role We are looking to train people to become a manager of Remote Insurance Sales Representatives and lead in select regions within the next six months.
A Brief About Working With Us We love training people to build their own businesses and have complete control of their time and income.
This is a commission based sales position with uncapped commission paid daily.
Work Conditions: Remote / Home‑Based, full or part time ownership potential (Agency Owner). Daily pay for commissions, overrides, bonuses.
Compensation
Start at 80% commission with ability to increase to 130%
Part‑time agents have potential to make $50,000+ in first year.
Full‑time agents have potential to make $100,000+ in first year.
Responsibilities
Setting appointments: Reaching out to potential clients that have previously requested coverage with our company and scheduling a time with them to discuss their mortgage protection coverage.
Research: Customizing options to meet their financial need in case of a death or disability using the information the client provided.
Meeting with families virtually via Zoom or on the phone to present options, discuss coverage details, and help them apply for coverage.
Administrative: Following up with insurance carriers to facilitate client applications through underwriting.

High level of consistency and coachable.
Own a laptop, have internet access, and a cellphone.

Your level of success will be determined by several factors, including the amount of work you put in, your ability to successfully follow and implement our training and sales system and engage with our lead system, and the insurance needs of the customers in the geographic areas in which you choose to work.
