How you'll make an impact You will primarily focus on increasing sales for the agency. Responsibilities include selling company products/services through resellers/channels in your assigned territory, supporting resellers/channels, maintaining healthy customer relationships, creating revenue-driving campaigns, and ensuring daily marketing activities such as cold calls, renewal quotes, and grassroots marketing are performed. You will also attend sales training and develop sales reports as needed.
About You Required:
High School diploma or equivalent; minimum 1 year sales experience. Employment contingent upon obtaining the P&C license within 60 days. Excellent communication skills (oral and written). Computer proficiency.
Preferred:
Bilingual in English and Spanish.

Ability to work independently with minimal direction and possess strong interpersonal skills.
