Order Management Specialist

LVT (LiveView Technologies) . We’re building a centralized Order Operations function to handle all quoting and order‑processing workflows. This team eliminates quoting friction, enforces pricing consistency, and supports Sales at scale. The role ensures every quote and order is accurately reviewed, validated, and ready for fulfillment in a timely manner while maintaining strict compliance with internal policies and external regulations such as SOX and revenue‑recognition standards. The position is ideal for a detail‑oriented, proactive individual with strong operational discipline.
Responsibilities
Review and process sales orders and contracts in Salesforce and our internal billing system, ensuring alignment with product structures and company policies.
Manage end‑to‑end order cycles for new, expansion, renewal, true‑up, and cancellation motions, including creation, amendment, and validation of quotes in SalesForce CPQ.
Handle account‑ and unit‑related changes (billing account changes, unit configuration changes, feature adjustment, unit moves).
Identify and resolve discrepancies related to contract accuracy, system errors, and application issues while ensuring SOX controls and audit requirements are met.
Partner with Sales, Customer Success, Deal Desk, Legal, and Finance to resolve non‑compliant orders and remove deployment roadblocks, managing the request queue and providing timely responses.
Manage all incoming quote‑related requests through a standardized intake process, ensuring each request is captured, triaged, and resolved within defined SLAs.
Contribute to month‑end close activities, quarterly financial reviews, and audits, adapting to evolving product offerings and managing technical and contractual changes.
Document processes and participate in continuous improvement initiatives to enhance efficiency and accuracy.
Effectively manage multiple priorities and deadlines in a fast‑paced environment.
Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, or a related field.
At least 3+ years of experience in order management or billing.
Strong understanding of order‑to‑cash processes and revenue‑recognition principles.
Excellent Excel skills, including pivot tables and formulas.
Proficiency with Salesforce is required; experience with Salesforce CPQ is strongly preferred.
Detail‑oriented, excellent problem‑solving and analytical skills.
Outstanding time‑management and multitasking abilities.
Clear communication skills, capable of working independently and with cross‑team partners.
