The Harer Agency is seeking motivated, career-minded individuals to join our team and help American families protect their homes. We are looking for Insurance Sales Representatives whom we can train to become a Manager and lead in select regions within the next year. This role offers flexible scheduling, with the ability to meet with clients virtually, over the phone, or in person. Responsibilities
Work primarily from home with a reliable phone and internet connection. Present insurance solutions to homeowners in a professional manner to protect their families in the event of major health issues or death. Utilize a proven system and lead system; leverage training and ongoing support to achieve results. Follow a structured sales process to generate and convert leads. Own your business with high accountability and coachable attitudes. Qualifications
Self-motivation, integrity, adaptability to a proven system, and a great attitude. Willingness to learn and be coachable; team player and driven self-starter. Laptop, printer, and scanner (equipment needs may apply). Ability to work independently with zero caps on income and a strong work ethic. What We Offer
