Position: HCM Client Representative What You’ll Do: Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, providing top-tier support via phone and email Troubleshoot and resolve payroll and system-related issues in our HCM platform (PrismHR) Guide clients through payroll processing, tax filing, and compliance questions Ensure timely and accurate payroll submissions (including new hires, terminations, deductions, garnishments, etc.) Generate and maintain reports for internal and client-facing use Import and manipulate client data with precision Meet company response and resolution timelines Collaborate with internal teams to escalate and resolve complex client issues Participate in client meetings and contribute to relationship-building activities Who You Are: A client-focused professional with

3–5 years of payroll experience Proficient in Microsoft Word and Excel A problem-solver with strong communication skills (written and verbal) Detail-driven, deadline-conscious, and capable of managing multiple client expectations Self-motivated with a strong sense of initiative and follow-through Comfortable working in a dynamic, team-oriented environment Bonus Points For: Experience with report writing tools and general ledger functions Familiarity with 401(k) plan administration Knowledge of PrismHR or similar HCM systems Ability to work flexible hours, if needed Benefits: Medical Insurance Dental Insurance Vision Insurance Paid Holidays Sick Leave Vacation 401(k) Retirement Plan Why PPS?
