Medicare Sales Field Agent - Dallas County, TX
Humana is seeking a Medicare Sales Field Agent to serve the Dallas County area. As a field-based sales professional, you will build relationships with prospective members, educate them on Humana’s Medicare Advantage and supplemental plans, and meet performance goals.
Pay Range Base pay $80,000.00‑$125,000.00 per year (commission included).
Responsibilities
Build trust and educate individuals on Humana’s Medicare Advantage plans and supplemental offerings.
Create face‑to‑face connections through grassroots marketing, community events, and in‑home visits.
Drive self‑generated sales, meet performance goals, and expand Humana’s presence in the market.
Qualifications
Active health insurance license or ability to obtain one.
Must reside in the designated local territory.
Comfortable with daily face‑to‑face interactions in members’ homes.
Valid state driver’s license and proof of vehicle insurance meeting required limits.
Preferred Qualifications
Active Life and Variable Annuity insurance license.
Prior experience selling Medicare products.
Experience in public speaking or group presentations.
Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office tools.
Bilingual in English and Spanish.
