They specialize in building, managing, and optimizing email strategies that drive retention and conversions through data‑driven campaigns, automated flows, and A/B testing. Their approach is both analytical and creative, always aligned with each brand’s unique voice and vision.

About the Role As an

Account Manager , you’ll act as the primary point of contact for 5‑7 clients, ensuring smooth execution of email marketing strategies across campaigns, flows, and pop‑ups. You’ll work closely with designers, Klaviyo technicians, and the leadership team to deliver results that exceed expectations.

Key Responsibilities

Client Communication

Manage communication through Slack, Outlook, Loom, and Zoom.

Provide daily progress updates, approve designs, and address client questions.

Deliver monthly 30‑day campaign calendars.

Develop and set up email flows.

Lead A/B testing (subject lines, send times, content).

Optimize and strategize pop‑up forms.

Campaign & Flow Coordination

Collaborate with graphic designers on campaign assets.

Ensure high‑quality execution and scheduling of campaigns.

Work with Klaviyo technicians to build campaigns.

Email Copywriting

Write and edit high‑converting copy (using AI support).

Reporting & KPIs

Provide near‑daily client updates.

Prepare monthly and quarterly reports.

Qualifications

2+ years of hands‑on Klaviyo experience (flows, campaigns, segmentation).

Proven track record managing 5+ client accounts (agency or freelance).

Fluent English (written and spoken).

In‑depth knowledge of flows: Welcome, Cart Abandon, Browse Abandon, Post‑Purchase, Winback.

Skilled in A/B testing, segmentation, and deliverability best practices.

Experience reviewing designs in Figma and collaborating with creative teams.

Highly organized, detail‑oriented, and reliable.

Working Hours Full‑time, 40 hours/week

Core hours: 9 AM – 5 PM EST (Monday – Friday)

Team communication availability on Slack: 8 AM – 6 PM EST
