Account Manager

to join our team and strengthen the relationships that fuel our success.

Position overview The Account Manager will be the primary point of contact for our clients, ensuring they receive top-tier service, clear communication, and dependable fulfillment support. This role requires strong relationship-building skills, a deep understanding of e-commerce and 3PL operations, and the ability to anticipate client needs before they arise. You’ll work closely with our internal teams to ensure that every client’s experience is seamless, efficient, and aligned with Savannah River Fulfillment’s standards of excellence.

Responsibilities

Serve as the trusted liaison between Savannah River Fulfillment and assigned client accounts.

Provide consistent communication, updates, and performance insights to clients.

Monitor daily operations for each client, including inventory accuracy, order flow, and outbound performance.

Lead the onboarding process for new accounts, ensuring stress-free setup and integration.

Review KPIs, SLAs, and monthly reports to assess performance and identify improvement opportunities.

Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to orders, shipping, inventory, and integrations with ecommerce platforms.

Collaborate closely with warehouse leadership, customer service, and technical teams to support client needs.

Maintain thorough documentation of client procedures, updates, and service expectations.

Conduct recurring business reviews and identify opportunities for growth and optimization.

Advocate for clients internally while helping guide them toward best practices.

Qualifications

Strong skills in client relationship management, communication, and problem-solving

Experience in operations, logistics, or supply chain management is highly desirable

Organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to multitask effectively

Proficiency in using E-commerce platforms, CRM tools, and Microsoft Office Suite

Strong analytical ability and comfort interpreting operational data

Experience in team collaboration and cross-functional communication

Bachelor’s degree in Business, Logistics, or a related field is preferred

Experience in the E-commerce or logistics industry is an added advantage

Proactive attitude, customer-focused mindset, and ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment

Preferred

Experience with Shopify, Amazon, WooCommerce, or similar seller platforms.

Previous work in a fast-paced fulfillment or warehouse environment.

Familiarity with inventory forecasting and SKU-level management.
