POSITION OVERVIEW The Account Manager at Cross Realm is a key player in ensuring the successful execution of marketing campaigns for our brand clients. This role requires a strong understanding of influencer marketing dynamics, excellent communication skills, and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment. You will work closely with our sales team and talent partners, and own the relationship with our brand clients to coordinate all campaign activities, manage activations from start to finish, and ensure all deadlines and client expectations are met.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
Client & Campaign Management: Serve as the primary point of contact for brand clients, managing the relationship, project budgets, and ensuring strategic goals are met throughout the campaign lifecycle
Strategy & RFP Development: Build comprehensive proposals and campaign strategies in response to client briefs (RFPs), including talent recommendations and creative concepts
Talent Sourcing & Negotiation: Identify, reach out to, and negotiate with creators, their managers, and agents to secure talent for campaigns, ensuring alignment on deliverables, usage rights, and rates
Execution & Coordination: Oversee the implementation of campaigns, including creating briefs, managing content calendars, coordinating with talent, and ensuring all deliverables are executed on time
Performance & Reporting: Monitor and analyze campaign performance, compiling post-campaign reports and strategic recaps that highlight successes, key learnings, and measurable ROI for clients
MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS
At least 1 year of experience in campaign management or similar role in the creator economy
Proven track record of successfully managing marketing campaigns from conception to execution
Strong project management skills with the ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment
Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship management skills
Proficiency with modern collaboration tools, including Google Workspace (Sheets, Slides, Docs), Monday.com, and Discord
Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and metrics to drive campaign optimization and performanceA proactive self-starter who is comfortable taking initiative in a fast-paced environment
Ability to maintain a flexible schedule to accommodate creators and clients across different time zones
Exceptional attention to detail and a focus on delivering high-quality results
