Entry-Level Associate Attorney – Immigration Law About Us

We are seeking a motivated bar passer or junior attorney with little to no experience to join our team as an Associate Attorney. SPANISH SPEAKING SKILLS IS A MUST. This is an excellent opportunity for someone eager to learn immigration law through hands‑on training and mentorship. Supervising Attorney has over 25 years experience in immigration law and will work closely with Associate Attorney. You’ll assist with case preparation, client consultations, research, and filings under the supervision of experienced attorney and experienced Paralegal. ORGANIZATION AND ATTENTION TO DETAILS IS A MUST. Associate will be dealing with cases before and Immigration Judge and thus proper preparation and attention to details is a must. Key Responsibilities

Conduct legal research on immigration statutes, regulations, and case law. Draft petitions, motions, and supporting documents for USCIS, EOIR, and other agencies. Work closely with Paralegals and assist in client interviews and case strategy development. Handle administrative tasks like document review and correspondence. Participate in firm training and professional development. Qualifications

Admitted to the bar in any U.S. state or territory (including Puerto Rico); no California license required. JD from an accredited law school. Strong research, writing, and communication skills is a must. Willingness to learn and adapt in a fast‑paced environment. SPANISH IS A MUST. 0-2 years of experience preferred. Benefits

Paid time off Pay: $95,000.00 - $110,000.00 per year Work Location: In person
