InEvent is looking for experienced Account Managers who focus on long-term relationships with our customers while providing innovative solutions on how they can develop their events. Negotiate and convert renewals and upsell deals within the existing client portfolio, including regular customer reviews and product demonstrations to showcase new beneficial features tailored to each client. Maintain excellent product knowledge of all our products and new releases. Work toward monthly, quarterly, and annual targets to achieve upsell and ACV goals. Collaborate with Sales and Customer Success teams to ensure a smooth client journey and beneficial touchpoints. Deliver exceptional customer service to address client needs efficiently. Use a consultative selling approach to understand and fulfill client requirements. Communicate effectively with clients at all decision-making levels. Negotiate and close sales deals effectively. Maintain and manage pipelines in CRM systems (HubSpot or Pipedrive experience is a plus). Pre-requisites
Experience in the Events Industry. Advanced English proficiency. Solid experience in a B2B sales/account management role with renewals and upselling, with key clients being SMEs and Enterprise. Track record of hitting and exceeding monthly, quarterly, and annual targets. Outstanding customer service and sales skills to respond efficiently to client needs. Experience with upselling and maximizing account revenue. Advanced communication skills to engage with clients at all decision-making levels. Consultative selling and account management approach. Excellent negotiation and closing skills. Experience with CRM pipelines (HubSpot or Pipedrive experience is a plus). Perks
