We’re gearing up to launch the first standout, Andaz Gold Coast and we’re looking for a sharp, data driven, commercially minded Revenue Manager to take the lead in building our revenue strategy from the ground up. If you’re energized by blank-page beginnings, competitive markets, and the thrill of optimizing every room night, this role is for you.

What You’ll Do! Own The Revenue Game Plan

Develop the full pre-opening revenue strategy, pricing architecture, and distribution roadmap

Build demand forecasts and establish baseline segmentation in collaboration with Sales & Marketing

Design opening-phase pricing, BAR levels, and promotional strategies to drive an exceptional launch

Take Charge of Systems & Setup

Lead the configurations of RMS, PMS, CRS, channel manager, rate loading, and OTA connectivity

Create dashboards, reports, and performance KPIs aligned with brand standards

Drive Performance from Day One

Monitor booking pace, market trends and competitor behaviour to optimize pricing daily

Manage inventory across all channels and ensure parity, accuracy, and seamless distribution

Recommend tactical actions that maximise RevPar and total revenue performance

Collaborate Across the House

Work closely with Sales, Marketing, reservations, and Operations to align strategy and execution

Participate in budgeting and business planning; provide strategic insights to leadership

Train teams on revenue culture, best practices and opening procedures

Qualifications What You Bring!

A revenue management pro, ideally in hospitality or lifestyle brands

Fluent in RMS.PMS/CRS distribution ecosystems and able to solve connectivity puzzles with ease

Highly analytical, digitally savvy, and comfortable presenting data-baked decisions

A proactive thinker who thrives in fast-moving, build-from-scratch environments

Collaborative, confident and excited to shape another property’s commercial DNA
