POSITION: Estimator – Controls/Building Automation RESPONSIBILITIES:
Ability to Estimate Controls jobs in Data Center and Government Projects
Project Take-Offs, develop Bill of Materials (BOM), attend pre-bid meetings
Assist Sales Team in configuring systems and understanding project layout
Provide proposals/bid estimates based on project scope from large to small Building Automation System projects
The estimates are calculated from the cost of materials, subcontractors, purchases equipment, labor, and other activities.
Create detailed cost estimates from HVAC & DDC system sketches
Will actively participate on submittals and RFIs

Controls – 80-85%; Mechanical – 15-20%
