BTG is looking for a

Tissue Segment Account Manager

to be the go-to expert in your territory. In this role, you’ll combine technical know-how with strategic leadership to drive growth, strengthen customer relationships, and shape the future of tissue manufacturing solutions.

What You’ll Do

Develop and execute territory strategies aligned with BTG’s long‑term vision.

Partner with Sales, Technical, and Tissue Solutions teams to deliver holistic solutions using advanced analytics, process modeling, and BTG’s unique sensory platforms.

Build strong relationships with engineers, machine operators, and senior operations leaders.

Provide technical support, forecasts, and insights to optimize customer performance.

Stay ahead of industry trends and represent BTG at trade associations.

What We’re Looking For

Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Pulp & Paper Science, or equivalent experience in tissue manufacturing.

Strong technical credibility and problem‑solving skills.

Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities; a true “people person.”

Ability to work independently and travel up to 75%.

Proficiency in MS Office and digital tools.
