About the Role The
National Account Manager
will manage and grow key national and regional retail accounts while driving strategy across the DIY and home improvement channel. You’ll partner with major retailers, collaborate cross-functionally with marketing and product teams, and help launch new, innovative products that stand out on the shelf and online.
This is an excellent opportunity for someone with
3–5 years of national account or key account experience
in consumer goods who’s ready to take the next step in their career and grow into a leadership role within a high-energy, design-focused environment.
What You’ll Do
Manage and grow relationships with existing DIY/home improvement retail accounts.
Develop and execute strategic sales plans to expand market share and category presence.
Collaborate with marketing, design, and operations to launch new products and seasonal promotions.
Analyze market data, sales performance, and customer trends to drive informed decisions.
Negotiate pricing, promotions, and contracts with national buyers.
Represent the brand at trade shows and customer meetings (approx. 10% travel).
Contribute to a collaborative team culture that values creativity, transparency, and results.
Who You Are
3–5 years of
national or key account management
experience in consumer goods, DIY, or home improvement.
Strong communicator with excellent presentation and relationship-building skills.
Strategic thinker who’s comfortable using data to drive sales initiatives.
Experienced in both
brick-and-mortar and online retail channels .
Self-motivated, adaptable, and eager to take on more responsibility in a growing organization.
Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or related field (or equivalent experience).
