Responsibilities
Meeting sales goals measured daily, weekly, and monthly
Consulting with customers in a professional, upbeat manner
Educating customers on safe tanning practices and retail items
Maintaining a clean and organized salon
Opening/closing the business
Daily administrative paperwork and goal trackingWalking customers to their rooms and teaching them how to use the tanning equipment when they have questions or are first‑time users
Attending off‑site sales and job trainings
Qualifications
High school diploma or equivalent
Must be at least 18 years of age
Must be able to stand, bend, and walk for long periods of time, for 7 hours per day
Must be able to lift 25 pounds without assistance
Reliable transportation; flexible availability including nights and weekends
