Job Summary Oversee and manage the development and performance of the program including Sales Specialists, Divisional Manager, and IT program development to direct each team and provide leadership towards the achievement of maximum profitability and growth in line with company vision and values.

Responsibilities

Direct and prioritize assignments with sales force for conversions, implementations, and retention activity.

Direct and prioritize feedback on software to IT team for enhancement and development.

Manage go-to-market strategy for software programs including pipeline and new business opportunities.

Establish plans and strategies to expand the programs and create a bench for future Sales Organization career path.

Create and collaborate with senior management on the development of training, marketing, and structure of the field sales support programs.

Develop and implement strategy for Perioperative Solutions to grow market offerings.

Management Responsibilities

Strategic, tactical and operational planning (12+ months) for the function or department

Direct budgetary responsibility for one or more departments, functions or major projects/programs

Interpret and execute policies for departments/projects and develop them

Recommend and implement new policies or modifications to existing policies

Hiring staff, recommending pay increases, performing performance reviews, training and development of staff, estimating personnel needs, assigning work, meeting completion dates, interpreting and ensuring consistent application of organizational policies.

Required Experience Education

Bachelor’s Degree.

Work Experience

At least 5 years of sales and/or business development experience.

Experience collaborating with both internal resources and external resources to develop strategies that meet department goals within budget and established timelines.

Experience presenting to and coordinating senior level meetings/trainings, including preparation of agendas, documenting meeting minutes, sending out documents to attendees.

Experience building and maintaining relationships within and between teams.

Willing to travel up to 50% of the time for business purposes (within state, out of state, international).

Preferred Qualifications

MBA.

Sales and/or business development experience within healthcare industry.

Selling and maintaining software as a service platforms/programs.

At least 2 years of experience developing and implementing training programs.

At least 2 years of experience directly managing people including hiring, developing, motivating, and directing people as they work.

Experience with selling process management and improvement programs.

Compensation The Anticipated Salary Range For This Position: $152,880.00 - $229,320.00 Annual. The actual salary will vary based on applicant’s location, education, experience, skills, and abilities. This role is bonus and/or incentive eligible. Medline will not pay less than the applicable minimum wage or salary threshold.
