About the Role We’re looking for a
Process Improvement Specialist
to lead initiatives that enhance efficiency, consistency, and scalability across the organization. You’ll play a critical role in designing smarter workflows, streamlining operations, and driving sustainable change. In this role, you’ll collaborate with cross-functional teams — from operations leadership to change management — to build and implement processes that power LawnStarter’s continued growth. You’ll report directly to the
Associate Director of Operations . What You’ll Do Analyze current workflows to identify inefficiencies, bottlenecks, and improvement opportunities. Design, document, and implement optimized processes aligned with business goals. Use data and performance metrics to measure process effectiveness and impact. Collaborate with stakeholders to ensure new processes are practical and scalable. Develop detailed SOPs, process maps, and documentation for clarity and consistency. Lead change management initiatives and training to support successful adoption. Continuously monitor and refine processes to drive ongoing improvement. Champion a culture of continuous improvement across all teams. What We’re Looking For 3+ years of experience in process improvement, operations, or a related role. Proven ability to design and implement efficient business processes. Strong analytical mindset — you love using data to guide decisions. Proficiency in process mapping tools (e.g., Lucidchart, Visio). Familiarity with Lean, Six Sigma, or other process improvement methodologies. Excellent communication, collaboration, and project management skills. Experience in change management or training is a plus. [Optional]
Lean Six Sigma Green or Black Belt certification
