THE ROLE As a Fulfillment Specialist, your responsibilities include ensuring accurate and timely order processing while upholding top quality control standards. This position requires someone adaptable with keen attention to detail, along with a positive and collaborative attitude.

RESPONSIBILITIES
Stow, scan, pick, pack, load, unload, inspect, and audit all items with safety, care, and precision
Ensure accuracy in order processing by maintaining a detail-oriented approach
Uphold high-quality standards in product handling and packaging
Demonstrate a problem-solving attitude and actively identify opportunities for process improvements.
Consistently meet deadlines while being dependable and consistent in tasks and responsibilities
Perform other duties as assigned with the flexibility to rotate to other departments and work extended hours, as necessary to support the business
QUALIFICATIONS
Prior logistics, fulfillment, or similar industry experience preferred
Able to stand and walk for extended periods, frequently reaching with hands and arms, twisting, bending, stooping, squatting, lifting and carrying, pushing, and pulling up to 50 lbs
Ability to work overtime during peak periods
Ability to succeed in a fast-paced environment
Experience with hand-held scanners
Honest with the highest integrity

COMPENSATION
Compensation Description - The hourly wage for this position is$16/hr with an additional $1.50/hr differential
Compensation may vary outside of this range depending on several factors, including a candidate’s qualifications, skills, competencies, and experience, and geographic location and/or shift differentials.
Total Compensation includes Base Salary, Stock Options, Health & Wellness Benefits, Accrued PTO, and more!
