Client Services/Hospitality Representative - Florida Office
What You'll Do:
Reception & Front Desk: Answer calls, greet visitors, and manage the reception area.
Conference Room Management: Reserve, set up, and maintain conference rooms for meetings.
Hospitality Services: Maintain kitchen pantry supplies, order catered food services for meetings, and manage copy/mail room services.
Mail & Package Handling: Receive, scan, and process all incoming and outgoing mail/packages via USPS/FEDEX, and arrange messenger services.
Inventory & Maintenance: Monitor inventory of office supplies and submit building maintenance requests.
Administrative Support: Assist attorneys with trial binder preparation, perform light filing, document changes, and other clerical projects.
What You'll Bring:
Experience: Previous experience in a similar role is preferred.
Skills:
Proficiency in Microsoft Word and Outlook.
Strong time management, organizational skills, and the ability to multitask.
Attributes:
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Professional demeanor and a proactive approach to tasks.
Work Schedule:
Full-time, Monday through Friday from 8:30 am – 5:30 pm.
Salary and Benefits:
Competitive starting salary of $60,000 and benefits program.
