Duties & Responsibilities:
Prepare specific amount of food product according to the daily prep sheets
Gather all necessary salad/sandwich ingredients and prepare them by washing, chopping, slicing, dicing and assembling them for customer purchase
Comply with all portion sizes, quality standards, and recipes
Manage food inventory when necessary
Maintain a safe work environment
Encourage good customer relations through product promotion
Requirements:
Culinary experience or education preferred
Strong work ethic
Excellent communication and food presentations skills
Customer service focused nature
