We’re seeking an
experienced, self‑motivated Property Manager
ready to assume full ownership of operations, team leadership, and resident satisfaction. This critical leadership role oversees day‑to‑day performance, meets occupancy and financial goals, and cultivates a high‑performing on‑site team. Key Responsibilities
Resident Relations – Provide outstanding customer service, build strong relationships, and address inquiries and complaints promptly and professionally. Property Maintenance – Coordinate inspections, repairs, and upgrades; ensure maintenance issues are resolved quickly and efficiently. Leasing & Marketing – Oversee leasing process, screen applicants, execute leases, and support occupancy goals through creative marketing and outreach. Finance – Manage the property budget, monitor expenses, meet financial targets, collect rent, minimize delinquencies, and maintain accurate records. Staff Management – Supervise maintenance and on‑site staff, set clear expectations, provide training and support, and foster a strong team culture focused on accountability and results. Compliance & Standards – Ensure compliance with federal, state, and local regulations, uphold company policies and quality standards, coordinate third‑party vendors, and monitor performance. Move‑In/Move‑Out – Manage turnover process to ensure units are clean, repaired, and ready; conduct final inspections and manage security deposit processing. What We’re Looking For
2+ years of property management experience (required). Proven ability to lead teams, meet goals, and solve problems efficiently. Deep understanding of leasing practices, budgeting, rent collections, and vendor management. Familiarity with Yardi, RealPage, Remote Landlord, or similar software. Strong organizational, communication, and time‑management skills. Knowledge of Fair Housing Laws and state/local landlord‑tenant laws. Availability to work some weekends and respond to emergency issues as needed. Physical Requirements
Ability to walk the property daily and perform inspections. Lift up to 25 lbs occasionally; tasks may require kneeling, bending, and stair climbing. Benefits
