This role is responsible for providing comprehensive advice and customized solutions to clients to help them achieve their financial goals. We seek an entry‑level professional with a background in investment and finance, strong communication skills, and a commitment to ongoing professional development.

Responsibilities

Work with clients to plan short‑ and long‑term financial goals, building financial plans with brokerage products.

Recommend banking and investment strategies aligned with client financial goals and needs.

Triage client requests and make referrals to appropriate internal service providers based on client needs and asset thresholds.

Mitigate and control risk as part of daily activities.

Identify and engage potential new clients through referrals or financial center clientele.

Provide coaching and feedback to referral partners based on knowledge of client needs and potential product services recommended.

Required Qualifications

Currently holds Series 7 & 66 (63 & 65 in lieu of 66) licenses, or holds 63 or 65 with a 60‑day plan to obtain the missing series.

At least one year of experience in the investments industry, including investment training and in‑depth knowledge of investment products and services.

At least one year of experience in the financial service industry and/or a sales environment where goals were met or exceeded.

Ability to set and accomplish goals, achieve targets, and build strong relationships.

Effective collaboration and communication skills, comfortable engaging with all clients.

Strong time‑management, prioritization, and execution in a fast‑paced environment.

Adherence to regulatory due diligence and SAFE Act registration requirements; must maintain registration in good standing.

Desired Qualifications

Strong computer skills and multitasking ability.

At least three years’ experience in the financial service industry and/or a sales environment with consistent goal achievement.

Additional professional designations such as Certified Financial Planner (CFP) or Chartered Retirement Planning Counselor (CRPC).

Insurance licenses if obtained.
