Responsibilities:
Program, test, and commission BAS systems in alignment with project scope and specifications.
Lead integration efforts to migrate legacy control systems into modern BAS platforms.
Diagnose and resolve issues at the controller, network, and integration layers.
Calibrate sensors, actuators, and devices for optimal system operation.
Oversee the technical execution of BAS projects to ensure quality and efficiency.
Collaborate with installation teams, subcontractors, and project stakeholders.
Utilize building analytics tools to enhance performance and reduce energy usage.
Provide technical leadership and mentorship to junior technicians.
Perform advanced programming, commissioning, and integration using Tridium Niagara.
Ideal Candidate:
Experienced BAS controls professional with 8+ years in programming, commissioning, and troubleshooting.
Niagara Certified with proven hands-on experience in Niagara environments.
Strong foundation in legacy system integration and building analytics practices.
Demonstrated leadership ability and experience mentoring junior personnel.
Excellent communication and customer-facing skills.
