JOB DESCRIPTION Team Epiphanyis seeking aNYC-based Account Managerto support integrated marketing initiatives across experiential, talent, partnership, and creative programs for one to two high-profile accounts.
Reporting to the Account Supervisor, this role involves day-to-day client management, production support, and program recapping. We’re looking for adetail-oriented, organized “people person”who’s eager to learn, thrives in fast-paced environments, and brings a unique perspective to culture and brand experience.
RESPONSIBILITIES
Support the Account Supervisor in day-to-day account management
Assist in producing experiences, promotions, contests, and partnerships, including contract negotiation and budget management
Create and maintain project budgets, timelines, status reports, billing, and research docs in collaboration with internal teams
Build junior-level client relationships and identify growth opportunities within client organizations
Stay informed on client industries and competitive trends
Contribute innovative ideas to grow client brands and agency business
Stay connected to culture by attending relevant events and reporting insights
Supervise and mentor interns, when applicable
