You’ll sell integrated electronic security solutions, including access control systems, cameras, and intrusion alarms, to new and existing commercial customers. Job Responsibilities Prospect new clients for security solutions (access control, CCTV, intrusion) Conduct onsite surveys, accurately assessing client needs Deliver presentations and product demonstrations Prepare and submit quotations and proposals Negotiate contracts and close sales Meet or exceed sales targets Coordinate with installation and service teams to ensure customer satisfaction Maintain CRM records of sales activities Attend industry events and stay current on technology trends Other duties as assigned Job Qualifications 2+ years sales experience (security/tech sales preferred) Knowledge of security system technology or closely related field Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Self-motivated and goal-oriented Proven ability to close Travel within the state is required Possess a valid driver’s license; in accordance with Company policy Willing to pass pre-employment drug screen and reference and background check All qualified applicants with Western States Fire Protection Company will receive consideration for employment without regard to race, color, religion, sex, sexual orientation and gender identity, national originor status as a qualified individual with a disability or protected veteran.
