Responsibilities A self-motivated, tech savvy individual driven to succeed. Someone who connects with people and enjoys meaningful interactions while expanding their network. Strives to deliver a great customer experience by building relationships and exhibiting empathy – no matter what the situation. Ultimately turning curious consumers into loyal customers.
Someone who’s willing to put in the work, knowing that you’ll get out of it what you put into it. You’ll use your strong communication and creative skills to demonstrate the value of our innovative security and smart home solutions to customers while explaining our products and services in-depth and recommending the right solutions. You will work in a dynamic, collaborative environment, working closely with customers and coworkers. This role involves providing solutions by visiting customers at their homes or businesses.
Qualifications
Self-motivated, tech savvy individual driven to succeed.
Strong communication and creative skills to demonstrate value of security and smart home solutions.
Ability to explain products and services in-depth and recommend the right solutions.
Willingness to work in a dynamic, collaborative environment with customers and coworkers.
Experience in building relationships and delivering a great customer experience.
Problem-solving mindset and adaptability to competitive and customer needs.
Ability to visit customers at their homes or businesses and provide solutions.
