Job Description
We are seeking a Restoration Crew Supervisor to lead restoration projects, ensuring quality service and a positive customer experience for PUROCLEAN® clients.
Responsibilities
Prescribe, coordinate, control, and perform work activities on restoration projects.
Represent the PUROCLEAN® brand as the front‑line customer service liaison.
Facilitate a positive customer experience and ensure customer satisfaction.
Communicate clear expectations to production technicians and supervise their activities.
Coordinate and perform production processes as scheduled and ensure quality control.
Identify safety hazards, communicate, and establish control measures to protect occupants and workers.
Follow and oversee safe work practices and adherence to safety and risk management guidelines.
Document a detailed and accurate job file to support the services provided.
Manage and control labor and consumable usage on assigned projects.
Protect and properly use equipment and materials.
Coach and train production technicians.
Communicate with production manager and office staff on project progress and issues.
Perform daily, weekly, and monthly vehicle maintenance and equipment maintenance, as assigned.
Oversee facility and grounds maintenance, as assigned.
Continue development of production expertise in services, cleaning products, and equipment.
Complete other tasks or duties as required by the employer.
Qualifications
Minimum 3 years of experience in cleaning, restoration, or construction.
Strong supervisory skills.
Strong communication skills, oral and written.
Valid driver's license with a clean driving history.
Must pass a background check.
Must be able to work overtime and emergency calls.
Must be able to lift 50 pounds or more.
Driver's license (Required).
Spanish language preferred.
