Job Duties & Requirements:
Prepare meals and foods requiring short preparation times, according to customer requirements.
Grill and garnish hamburgers or other meats.
Prepares food items by cutting, chopping, mixing, and preparing sauces.
Monitors, arranges the appropriate storage of food and supplies, keeps kitchen area clean and organized.
Ensure adequate food quantities for meal preparation.
Maintains cleanliness and complies with food sanitation requirements by properly handling food and ensuring correct storage.
Cleans and sanitizes cooking surfaces at the end of the shift.
Comfortable working with a team in a fast-paced kitchen environment.

Requirements
Must be willing to deliver high-quality, great tasting food; proper food safety and sanitation procedures.
One to two years of experience as a line cook, restaurant cook or prep cook preferred.
Good organizational and verbal communication skills.
High school diploma or GED preferred but not required.
Must be willing to work days, evenings, weekends and holidays.
Must be willing to do a background screening for this position.
