Conway Comfort is offering qualified candidates a $5,000 SIGN ON BONUS! Pay Scale:
Up to $40 per hour plus incentives. Depending on experience.

Position Summary: To install heating and air‑conditioning systems to company standards, providing the customer with a high‑quality experience and supervising the work of other installers, maintaining high quality and timely job performance.
Primary Functions:
Executing quality HVAC installs.
Excellent communication.
Managing project timelines and work scope.
Keeping track of tools and staying well organized.
Managing all required paperwork pertaining to the installation process.
Explaining the system to the homeowner after installation.
Maintaining a professional appearance.
Required Qualifications:
Valid driver’s license and insurable driving record.
Two years of verifiable HVAC install experience required.
EPA certification – or within 90 days of employment.
Willingness to conform to company standards, procedures, and policies.
Nate Certification preferred, or willingness to obtain.
