Commercial Lending Assistant
to join our team in Waco, TX. This position provides administrative support to loan officers and lending staff, while delivering excellent customer service. The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, organized, and thrives in a relationship-driven environment.
Key Responsibilities
Assist in preparing and verifying commercial and consumer loan documentation
Review loan applications for accuracy and completeness
Communicate with customers to gather required information and provide updates
Support loan officers with administrative tasks, including closing, booking, and document preparation
Maintain adherence to all bank policies and procedures
Provide superior customer service through relationship banking practices
Perform various administrative tasks as needed
Qualifications & Skills
Preferred Experience:
Banking or commercial lending
Strong written and verbal communication skills
Excellent time management and organizational abilities
Prompt and professional customer service
Willingness to learn and adapt in a dynamic environment
