Greenly Mortgage is seeking a Loan Officer to help clients navigate the home financing process with confidence and ease.

Role Overview: As a Loan Officer, you will guide clients through the mortgage process, helping them find the best financial solutions for their needs. Your expertise and dedication will ensure a positive experience, from application to closing.

Responsibilities:

Consult with clients to determine their financial needs and recommend suitable loan products.

Collect, review, and process loan applications and supporting documentation.

Build and maintain a pipeline of prospective borrowers through networking and referrals.

Collaborate with processors and underwriters to facilitate loan approval and closing.

Stay up to date on mortgage products, industry trends, and regulatory changes.

Qualifications:

Active Mortgage Loan Originator (MLO) license required.

Strong sales and customer service skills.

Knowledge of mortgage loan products and compliance guidelines.

Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities.
