Description
We are hiring several Refrigeration/HVAC Service Technicians to work in Tallahassee, Florida and the surrounding area. They will perform commercial maintenance, install, troubleshoot, diagnose and repair of refrigeration/HVAC systems in grocery stores and other commercial businesses.
Perform full start-up of refrigeration systems
ose refrigeration systems and perform necessary repairs resulting in 100% customer satisfaction
Leads small projects and performs service or upgrades to the stores refrigeration/hvac systems
Perform all duties in conformance to appropriate safety and security standards
Must be flexible - schedule consists of workdays, nights and some holiday- rotating on-call schedule
Provide Refrigeration/HVAC or Fixtures project support and ensure a timely and quality completion of the project
Support a safe and clean work environment and follow company procedures
Requirements Refrigeration Start Up Technician Job Requirements:
High School diploma or GED
7+ years of commercial refrigeration/hvac experience; Supermarket experience a must
Knowledge of refrigeration/hvac installation, electrical and microprocessor control systems
Knowledge of single systems, parallel rack systems, display cases and walk in boxes
Strong mechanical aptitude
Ability to locate and repair leaks on racks of single units
Ability to operate smartphone technology, hand tools and power tools
Able to read instructions and blueprints and follow safety procedures
Must have a valid Drivers License & reliable transportation
Legally eligible to work in the US
Pre-employment background screening (criminal, drug screen and DMV) is required for all positions
