Position: Volunteer (with potential for paid position as funding allows)
Description: This role involves developing and implementing fundraising strategies, managing donor relations, and seeking out grant opportunities to support the ministry’s growth.
Requirements: Experience in fundraising, donor management, or non‑profit work; strong communication and interpersonal skills; ability to develop and execute fundraising campaigns.
Responsibilities:
Design and execute fundraising initiatives.
Build and maintain relationships with donors.
Research and apply for grants.

About the Organization Pastor Mike is the founder of Christian Guys Ministries, a resource dedicated to helping young Christian men aged 16-30 navigate life with faith and purpose. He also serves as the lead pastor of Berea Temple International Church in Saint Louis, MO. With over 20 years of ministry experience, Pastor Mike is passionate about empowering others through biblical teaching, leadership coaching, and practical wisdom.
