Aussie Pet Mobile of Greater Reno is hiring experienced pet groomers (2+ years) to join our team. We’re a locally owned franchise committed to providing high‑quality, stress‑free grooming—right at our clients’ doorsteps. Our mission is simple: Deliver exceptional, one‑on‑one grooming experiences that pets love and groomers feel proud of. What We Offer
Commission‑based pay with 100% of your tips
Listed pay includes commission plus tips (based on an average of six pets per day)
Regular performance reviews and high earning potential
We work with higher‑end clients, meaning higher per‑ pricing and greater earning potential
Flexible scheduling — including 4‑day full‑time workweeks or 2‑ to 3‑ day part‑time workweeks
Paid Aussie Pet Mobile training, mentorship, and ongoing grooming education
Fully equipped Mercedes‑Benz grooming van with A/C, heated Hydrobath™, and salon setup
All fuel, tools, sharpening, and supplies covered
Recognition programs, company swag, and incentive perks
What You’ll Do
Provide luxury, cage‑free grooming inside our mobile spa vans
Focus on safety, comfort, and personalized care for every pet
Work independently while supported by a dispatcher handling all logistics and scheduling
Build strong relationships with loyal, recurring clients in the Reno area and surrounding communities
Requirements
Minimum 2 years of professional grooming experience
High dog grooming standards, with an eye for detail and pet safety
Exceptional customer service and compassionate pet care
Cat grooming experience is a plus
Reliable, friendly, and customer‑focused
Comfortable driving a mobile grooming van (we provide training!)
Valid driver’s license and clean driving record required
